The Do More Agriculture Foundation (Do More Ag), a not-for-profit championing mental health in agriculture across Canada, welcomed three new board members: Amy Vanderheid, Liz Jarvis, and Lauren Martin.

Amy Vanderheid, a farmer from Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, is the president of the Chicken Producers Association of Nova Scotia, and co-founded the Maritime Ag Women’s Network, bringing a wealth of agriculture experience to the board.

Liz Jarvis has spent much of her career in the nonprofit sector. She is currently leading strategic communications and government relations with 4-H Canada.

Lauren Martin, passionate about advocating for producers, is government and food industry relations manager at the Canadian Cattlemen’s Association.

With the addition of the new members, Do More Ag says they are looking forward to continuing to lead change in the mental health sector across Canada and creating partnerships throughout the agriculture industry.
