Corn Still Left in Field Could Be Bullish for Prices

As we have discussed on RealAgriculture.com before it seems that there is gaining speculation in the feed market.  With only 92% of the corn harvest complete in North America speculation is gaining that we could see a higher run in the corn price if certain factors come to fruition.    The USDA estimates that there is 650 million bushels still in the field.  I asked Moe Agostino from Farms.com to provide his outlook for corn

Moe’s commentary is quite bullish but he does provide the disclaimer that in order for this to happen ethanol demand has to be strong, currency markets have  to cooperate and consumption demand must keep pace.
